DEEPLY. INTENTIONALLY. Breathe. And think about what you REALLY want from this life. And KNOW in every cell of your being, that by focusing your thoughts and energy there, it can and will come into existence.
Our physical body is what carries our soul through this human experience. So it's important that our vessel is operating optimally, at full capacity to create the best existence and experience, right? Physical and energetic blockages can occur if we are not properly cleansing and nourishing our body. We also need to detox ourselves from things like fluoride, heavy metals and other toxins in order to fully activate our pineal gland or third eye. I will share with you all of my own personal practices.
Doing the work to release ourselves from pain, trauma, judgements, conditioning and belief systems which no longer serve us is not always easy. But I like to think of my shadow as my friend. Nothing teaches me more about myself, than my own darkness; my triggers. The greatest lessons and leaps in my evolution-of-self have always come from my ability to truly face myself, my ego and my fears. I feel strongly called to sharing the purpose and importance of embracing ShadowWork - it is such a necessary faculty for those of us who are on the path... to ascend to higher realms of consciousness.
You must resonate at the same frequency of that which you want to manifest - in order for it to be drawn into your field! If the things you want have a high vibrational energy, then you better vibrate high! Energetic blockages can keep our vibration low - and can be caused by anything from trauma to unexpressed emotions to physical injury. I will be sharing lots of tools & practices that will help you to clear those blockages and open space for those
high vibe experiences to flow in!
When you are not living authentically, you are stifling your inner self, your true spirit and what makes you a magical and unique being. And essentially, lowering your vibration because you aren't embodied. You must develop the love and trust in yourself and everything that you are, in order to live your truth and let your soul lead you. Once you feel content and trust that you are being guided, you can live your life with more intention and do things that are meaningful, because you won't need to worry about all the typical material-world stresses... you already know the universe has your back, so you can step into your soul purpose.
LOVE IS THE HIGHEST FREQUENCY.
Love heals. Love creates. We are all connected. I am you. You are me. We are energy. The entire universe exists inside of every cell in my body. And in yours. Innerstand this. We are all connected. Created from love. Divine love. You are divine.
Divine beings move from love, always.
Love all beings. Because they are also you.
